Miracle Sealants, manufacturer of “The Original Impregnator” 511 Impregnator, is proud to announce the addition of an ANTI-MICROBIAL agent into the product. Testing demonstrates this new addition allows 511 Impregnator to excel at resisting mold, mildew & algae growth as well as the growth of bacterial odors. 511 Impregnator now guards against degradation from other microorganisms. 511 Impregnator is extremely effective on exterior projects where moisture & humidity are an issue and can prevent the exterior growth of fungi. Easy to apply with coverage up to 1250 square feet per quart, 511 Impregnator can be used on all natural stone including but not limited too: marble, granite, limestone, travertine, slate, sandstone, cantera, shell stone, blue stone, lapis, tiger eye, malachite, etc. All tiles including but not limited too: quarry tile, porcelain tile, ceramic tile, glazed ceramic tile, glass tile and clay tile. Moreover, brick, concrete, masonry and all types of cement/concrete building surfaces. And of course, ALL types of grout including both cement and epoxy.
